Traditional Thai massage is a centuries-old practice that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic pressure and work along the body's energy lines. Unlike oil-based massage, it is performed fully clothed on a massage bed — you stay in loose, comfortable clothing throughout.
Your therapist uses their hands, thumbs, palms, elbows, forearms and feet to apply rhythmic pressure and guide your body through gentle, yoga-like stretches. The result is a treatment that leaves you feeling both relaxed and re-energised — looser, lighter and more flexible.
Thai massage is sometimes called "lazy person's yoga" because of the assisted stretching. It is ideal if you feel stiff, restricted, or spend long hours at a desk and want to feel looser and more mobile.

What to expect during your visit
Arrive & Consult
Your therapist welcomes you and asks about any tension areas or pressure preferences. For Thai massage, you stay in loose clothing. For oil treatments, you undress to your comfort level and are professionally draped throughout.
Your Treatment
Your therapist works through your session, checking in on pressure and comfort. Always tell them if you would like more or less pressure — every session is tailored to you.
Relax & Recover
Take a moment before getting up. Many clients feel deeply relaxed and lighter, and sleep particularly well that night. We recommend drinking water after your session.
